First day @ Apiit Taekwondo

Just came back from college, i was very very tired & sleepy, so i went to zhuzhu'ing
i zhuzhu'ing till around 5.30pm+ hear the loud speaker chinnpei jie and zhenyu taking pic...then i woke up and stand behind them ...and they saw the suddenly me standing up laugh hahaha

i was still very sleepy and doesnt wanted to go for taekwondo.....but T__T zhenyu "KAI Kan me"
until my spec rosak...haizz

then by force i have to go taekwondo, when i reach college, at first we do jogging and thing i really dunno wad is that, cuz first time join taekwondo

then stretching WAAAA
stretch till cold sweat ... >0< damn cham

then end of this taekwondo....i noe that on this coming Saturday which is 11-08-2007 will have a competition @ Sunway College.
