前幾天，第一次去MadMonkeyz學室内攀岩，攀岩是很有挑戰性的運動，可是我的第一次，因爲不能夠支撐自己的體重。所以不能爬個痛快。！ 一下下就boh power。>///<

所謂什麽都有第一次，爬完的第二天肌肉疼痛真的爽到！　不過還是喜歡登山腳變得軟軟的　哈哈

有機會要去攀岩啊，是一個很好的體驗。

好高啊！ 下不來了吖。

其實是可以跳下來或摔下來，也不會傷 *我是超人* XD 

地面都是鋪滿了床墊，不會傷到的！ 每次累了，沒力就是這樣跳下去。 几方便一下的咯 hehe

Today went out for lunch at kuchai lama pizza hut. Thought it will be a better service  compare to the "black shop" pizza hut at  sri petaling. But its still the same = ,= .... the table are messy no people care to clean it up for next customer, bread stick are serve after we finish the pasta and pizza!!!!

Watched this Taiwanese drama, its different from the idols drama. More similar to the TVB drama, i downloaded the Cantonese version at first, it feels so weird watching a Taiwan drama in Cantonese language.
